Music & Movement:

When a musician steps onto a stage, they become a performer.  Performance is a single word that encompasses an entire world of ideas, expression, and movement.  Artists can be performers, actors can be performers, dancers can be performers... In this class, we will learn how dance, free movement, fitness techniques like Pilates and Yoga, and stretching can elevate your musical performance skills, prevent injury, and help you develop a strong stage presence!  

All ages are encouraged.

Cost is $10 per session per person.  Parents are welcome to also sign up if they are interested!  

If you wish to pay for all four sessions up front we offer a discount of $5 off for a total of $35.
