ARTWORK MUSIC STUDIO

There are 6 opportunities to sign up for a Studio Group Class, held on a Friday afternoon for an hour. This is included in your tuition and count as "make-up lessons". Two of the classes will serve as a recital prep-class and the other four will may consist of: 

• Individual reading and/or worksheet with a brief group discussion on a topic

• Group play activity (rhythm games, sight-reading, fiddle tunes…etc.)

• Presentation of a piece or technical skill for performance improvement/preparation

• Learning how to give your peers encouragement and constructive feedback

Teacher Cancellation: ​

• With a new baby, Amelia may need a bit more flexibility with Teacher Sick days, so if she cancels your lesson, she will offer you an individual make-up on the soonest possible Monday or Friday. For Snow Days, Zoom/Facetime/Google Meets is an option. Please plan to attend the monthly Studio Group Class if she is unable to reschedule. You can attend as many of these as you wish!
