There is a Quarterly opportunity to sign up for a Studio Group Class, held on a Friday afternoon for an hour. This is included in your tuition and count as "make-up lessons".

The 4 Group Classes consist of: 

• Recital Preparation

• Individual reading and/or worksheet with a brief group discussion on a topic

• Group play activity (rhythm games, sight-reading, fiddle tunes…etc.)

• Presentation of a piece or technical skill for performance improvement/preparation

• Learning how to give your peers encouragement and constructive feedback

Teacher Cancellation: ​

• With a little one at home, Amelia may need a bit more flexibility with Teacher Sick days. If she cancels your lesson, she will offer you an individual make-up on the soonest possible Monday or Friday. For Snow Days, Zoom/Facetime/Google Meets is an option. Please plan to attend a Group Class if she is unable to reschedule. You can attend as many of these as you wish!
